When you join us, you'll be assigned to a certain department and have a set of responsibilities related to that area.
That doesn't mean you will only do events of a certain type or not do events at all because you choose a back office department.
It simply means you'll have the chance to help us with an area you have more knowledge of (or are interested in) while organizing all types of events and getting to know our incredible international community.
